RENTALS

God has blessed us with a wonderful facility and we see our rentals as a ministry to the community. Therefore, all we ask is for the minimum necessary to cover the cost of hosting your event. All rentals must be scheduled a month in advance. A $50 deposit is required to hold your date for your rental and will be fully refunded (barring any time overages or damage) following your event. All rentals also require the renter to sign a rental/waiver contract. All payments are due 3 weeks prior to the rental date.

Areas available for rental on Fridays 5:30pm-10:00pm, Saturdays 8:30am-10:00pm, Sundays 1:30pm-10:00pm

$25/hour + $15 cleaning fee

PLAYLAND

  • 1 large and 1 small jungle gym equipment

  • Eating area with 5 small round tables (24 chairs)

    and 4 little tikes picnic tables for kids

  • Maximum capacity - 50 people

GYM, DINING ROOM & KITCHEN

$40/hour (for all three) + $15 cleaning fee

GYM:

  • Full size gym with carpeted stage area

  • Basketball hoops

DINING ROOM:

  • Carpeted area with round or rectangle tables and chairs

  • Maximum capacity - 65 people

KITCHEN:

  • Full size kitchen

  • Renters may use anything in the kitchen as long as they wash and put it away after use

(starting January 1, 2022 Crossroads will only be allowing 1 playland or gym/dining room/kitchen rental per day. This is to ensure proper cleaning procedures and to allow ample time for disinfection. Thank you for your understanding.)
